Annual filing made by public companies with the SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission). Provides income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement and related footnotes for the year, together with managements discussion and analysis of these results.
The 10-K is filed no more than 90 days after the end of the fiscal year. So for companies whose fiscal year ends December 31, you can expect to be able to find 10-K reports beginning March 31. The SEC archive can be accessed at
