Achievements
For Achievements we have a term and definition in Youth Scout Groups.
Achievements (Youth Scout Groups) 
Cub Scouts work on their Wolf (second grade) or Bear (third grade) badges. Those badges are awarded at pack meetings, but you can recognize your Cub Scouts' progress with the Immediate Recognition Kit, giving each boy a bead for each three requirements he completes.
