Alkylating Agents (Breast Cancer)

A class of anticancer drugs that combine with a cancer cell's DNA to prevent cell division.


Alkylating Agents (Lymphoma)

A family of anticancer drugs (including nitrosoureas) that combine with a cancer cell's DNA to prevent normal cell division. Alkylating agents include busulfan, carmustine, carzelesin, cyclophosphamide (also called Cytoxan), ifosfamide, lomustine, melphalan, porfiromycin and semustine.
