Also called ubiquinone, or CoQ10. CoQ10 is a nutritional supplement that acts as an antioxidant and is an important molecule involved in the respiratory chain.


Coenzyme Q10 (Nutrition)

This antioxidant is shown to have heart protective and energy productive properties. Co-Q10 is involved in cellular energy production. Several studies have reported improved endurance after taking Co-Q10. It is considered one of the best antioxidants.
