Cycle Control

For Cycle Control we have a term and definition in Contraception.

Cycle Control (Contraception)

Promotion of regular menstrual periods. Birth control pills have significant effects on the menstrual cycle. Usually, women on the Pill find that their periods are more predictable in terms of when they begin and end. Periods can also be lighter, less painful, and shorter with women on the Pill. However, some birth control pills may cause spotting or breakthrough bleeding in some women, so a pill with good cycle control keeps periods in check without causing too much bleeding between periods.
