Degradation (Natural Gas)

A deleterious change in the chemical structure, physical properties or appearance of a plastic.

Degradation (Physical Geography)

Degradation (Sanitation)

(1) In geology, a process by which wind and water wear down and carry away parts of the surface of the earth, reducing the general elevation. (2) The breakdown of substances by biological action.

Degradation (Science)

Lowering the quality of a resource, polluting it

Degradation (Technology)

1. In communications, a deterioration of signal quality, as from line interference. 2. In computer systems, a reduction in level of performance or service.
