Peutz-jeghers Syndrome (Colon Cancer)

An autosomal dominant cancer syndrome characterized by hamartomatous gastrointestinal polyps, early-onset colon cancer, and mucocutaneous melanosis. There is also a predisposition to other cancers, including ovarian, testicular, breast, and pancreatic cancers.
