NFIP-insured properties that, on the basis of losses since 1978, meet one or more of the loss criteria described on page RL 1. WYO companies began transferring renewals for identified properties in this group to the NFIP Special Direct Facility (SDF, a branch of the NFIP Servicing Agent) on August 1, 2000, so that mitigation assistance can be offered to the policyholders.
