A form contained in the Standardized Registration Kit, which is accepted by most states that require registration of nonprofit organizations conducting charitable solicitations within their jurisdiction, in lieu of each state's own form for this purpose. Some states that will accept the URS require certain supplementary information provided through additional forms included in the Kit.
