For Web Log Analysis we have a term and definition in Usability.

Using a server log to determine how users are using a web site. All web servers maintain a detailed log of what pages were accessed (and sometimes even by whom). These logs can be reviewed both manually and through software, such as WebTrends Log Analyzer, to determine how users interact with a site. One problem, however is that since pages are often cached by the client (user's) computer, sometimes when a user returns to a page a second time, this is not recorded in the log.
